Getting Started With Ultrasound Temps, Inc.

COMPLETE the Client Information Survey and Client Contract.  These forms can be completed online or completed forms can be faxed and mailed. 

CALL AND REQUEST A  SONOGRAPHER by providing Ultrasound Temps with the time and dates that you will need coverage. (Please note that a signed client contract must be signed and received before Ultrasound Temps can send sonographer information.)

E-MAIL CONFIRMATION will provide you with all the information on the sonographer assigned to your site and the length and times that the ultrasound coverage is confirmed for.
