Program". We offer this program in order to bring to our clients
a cost-effective staffing alternative. Our Graduate
Program is tailored in partnership with
accredited ultrasound schools in the Washington metro area.
Only Ultrasound Temps has this exclusive partnership allowing
our clients the opportunity to hire the finest trained
ultrasound
graduates. These graduates have two years full-time clinical
experience on state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment in
cutting edge ultrasound departments staffed by qualified
experienced sonography professionals.
The Graduate Placement Program works like this:
We place a candidate with you at a reduced hourly rate
for 30-full time business days after which you may hire them
for a nominal hiring fee. For the initial 30-business day
period, the candidate is our W/2 employee. Our hourly rate
includes all of the candidate's employment expenses-FICA,
Work's Comp, Unemployment Insurance, professional liability
and employee benefits. This option allows you to become comfortable
with the candidate before you hire them on a permanent basis.
And in order to make sure that you are 100% satisfied,
we will exchange the candidate if they do not work out within
the first 30 days trial period. Plus, after hiring the candidate
we offer a money back guaranty* if the new hire does
not work out within a 3 month period of time.

to providing departments like yours with quality temporary
ultrasound staffing for short-term or long-term assignments.
